The board of officers of the Congregation B'nai Israel
met in Unity Hall, Odd Fellows Temple at 9 P.M.
Mr. Albert Elkus, president, presiding.
Roll called. Mr. M.S. Wahrhaftig absent.
Minutes of last regular meeting February 5, read and
approved.

The following resignations were accepted.
Mr. Ben Hirsch, contributing member, Mr. J. Hyman,
full member. The resignation of Mr. M.S. Wahrhaftig,
a school director was read and on motion ordered
accepted. Also his resignation as a member was
accepted.

The name of Mr. Irwin Nathan as a member
of the congregation was on motion, ordered on the
roll at the rate of $1.00 per month, same
to take effect immediately. Also the name
as a member [?Romunburg] (married) 2.50 per month
commencing for May 1 was ordered to be accepted
as such.

The regular salaries were ordered to be paid
and warrants drawn on the treasurer for the amounts.
The following bills were read and ordered paid.
Tom Scott for taking down fixtures 4.00
[?Shibeley] Flower Piece 20.00
Rent of Unity Hall 15.00
