Sacramento, May 1st, 1901 The Board met in the synagogue at 8 P.M. Mr. Heilbron, Vice President, presiding. Roll call and absentees noted. Minutes of the 2 last meetings read and approved. The Secretary reported that Mr. Coleman and Aaron Wilson were in arrears for dues. The Board instructed the Secretary to communicate with the above named in arrears and state that unless they pay up their dues or a part thereof, they will lose all rights and privileges as members of the congregation. Mr. Heilbron brought up again before the meeting the matter of Mr. Sam Nathan about purchasing a plat next to his son, that he would improve it by having the curbing put around and would pay $25.00 cash and 50.00 by installments of $2.00 monthly. The Board instructed Mr. Heilbron to state to Mr. Nathan that no change in the price could be made, that $100.00 is the price. The Secretary reported that he collected $15.00 from Mr. Isaac Joseph marriage fee and paid same to the Treasurer. The regular salaries were ordered paid and warrants drawn on the Treasurer for the amounts. Rev. Wm. H. Greenburg $150.00 and marriage fee 10.00 M. Wilson 40.00, Mr. Mohns 15.00 Mrs. Hanley 10.00, Miss Ross 10.00, cleaners 6.00 The following bills were read and ordered paid Capitol Gas Co. 88¢, H.S. Crocker Co. 1.50 Herndon & Haley $35.00, Taxes 35.45
