Wed July 23 Pretty nice day.
Dave went and brought home
Sam and turned him into the
field. I kept the water running
onto the alfalfa east of the
lake and hoed corn for a
business and got the piece
done just quitting time.

Thurs July 24 Nice day.
Dave and Plummer went
to town came back across
the new bridge over the
Eaton ditch at last. I mowed
weeds along the Dykes and
ditches on the windy hill
place most all day but
got it pretty well done.
Charleys folks have got
home but the other party
have not got home yet.
