Dear Sir; The Executive Committee of the
[A.?] W [M.?] College resolved lay a cor-
ner Stone , donated by the city of [Starkville?]
to the College. This Stone will be laid
with Masonic Ceremonies on the
22nd [?nst?] . (Monday next. ) and I
deem it my duty to invite you
to honor the occasion with your
presence, as the President of the
Board. The works are progressing
and although the contractor is lacking
experience with buildings of that
character , dimensions [and?] improvements
