Mississippi--Yazoo County. Yazoo City



Located in Yazoo County, Mississippi, Yazoo City was founded as early as 1824 under the name Hannah's Bluff (or Hanan's Bluff). It was later renamed Manchester in 1830 and Yazoo City in 1838.
