To His Exelancy John J Pettus.

Dr Sir,

I beg leave to report to your exelancy the list of officers & men composing the company called the Sons of Liberty, & to ask that your exlancy receive the same & order them to rendesvous at the same time & place with the other comp=being formed for a regiment raised in the county of Tippah, & that your exelancy will furnish tents for one hundred men.
