Herein I inclose business Card, showing the where—abouts & employment of W. E Rogers member of Legis-lature from Tippah Co. Miss. I have sent a Commission to that Co. with instructions to Collect & forward to me such other Evidence on this subject as can be procured & will send it to you on receipt of it.
