Dear Sir;

We want a Commissioner ap-pointed under Article 244, page 520, of the Revised Code of Mississippi, for the County of Sumter in the State of Alabama. Please get such a Commissioner appointed. I will pay the fees required by Article 246, on the same page, on being in-formed of the Amount threof,.

I inclose a letter from J. Bliss Esqr. to the Governor. Please present it, and say that I concur in its statements. Send the Commission and bill of Costs to me. I have a Special reason why this matter should be attended to with-out delay.
