At a meeting of the Directors of the
Association, held at the house of the Secretary
Voted to loan the money given by
Henry Lord Esq on real estate security,
if possible, 'till such time as it may
be needed for use.

Voted to issue a printed notice insisting
the citizens to contribute labor or money
for the purpose of improving the Cemetery
on the 9th day of November next.

Voted that the President of the Association
confer with the owners of land South of
the Cemetery to ascertain if a path
can be secured for the use of the
Association over their land.
