mouth Cemetery Association was
held at the office of Frederic Chase
Sat. Apr. 19. 3 P.M. 1884
Pres. Samuel W. Cobb in the chair.

The following Officers were
elected for the year ensuing.

The Treasurers report was read
and accepted.
It was voted that the Directors lay out
in lots & fix the price of said lots,
the land recently purchased on the east
side of the old part. So called.
