By communication of the truth which they have, to others. No man lighteth a candle xc. --- -------------- When the gift of preaching is implanted in any of the disciples, that is a candle xc. A declension in religion is to be traced to the sins of those, where such a declen[s] is.

I What is a religious declension? When the cause of religion does not prosper. ---------------------------------------- II To the sins xc. Text asserts this in two ways. 1. By denying this declension to be of God. Hand of the Lord not shorted.
