Dear Taylor:

Lindeberg has wired suggesting I send you one thousand dollars. I am arranging to borrow from my Ottawa bank (Can. B. of Commerce) on some Victory bonds they hold and can send the money in a week or so.

I have already wired you to wire me if you need more money. I suppose Lindeberg thought the incorporation would cost a thousand dollars, and probably it should. But in view of the patriotic matters we are working on, I understand you thought Wilson would charge little or nothing. Would he take shares in the company for his fee - would that be regular?

If you wire me for money, say if I am to send it by telegraph or if a check will do.
