Dear Mrs. Wilcox:-

After writing to you yesterday I wrote a letter to Mr. Cory, a copy of which I am now enclosing for your information. I shall be speaking with him on the telephone to-day.

The more I think over this whole situation the more convinced I am that it is the Dominion Government who should supply the money for this expedition.

I hope to be able to arrange a conference with the Premier either today or to-morrow.
