Dear Mr. Anderson:

Through a slip I mislaid your letter of
November 1st with enclosure of a letter to Mr. Brewer on
which you wanted my comments. I am not returning the origi-
nal letter as I can indicate clearly the only two suggestions
I have to make with regard to alteration.

On page 2 of the Brewer letter, 4th paragraph,
I suggest that instead of "but no funds have been received by
the Company" you write "but no funds designated as coming from
Mr. Wright have been received by the Company."

On page 3, 2nd paragraph, I suggest the possi-
bility that by "Noice's tomegram of July 29th" you mean a tele-
gram from someone else, probably from Lomen Brothers.
