Dear Mr. Melnyk:

I was very glad to hear from you again, but am
sorry about the oversight by which I kept your pictures too long.
I am enclosing them herewith - all we got from Mr. Mitchell. I
had not previously followed up your permission to get pictures
from the Extension Department of the University of Alberta, but
I am writing them now.

Please let me know whether you received the
English edition of THE ADVENTURE OF WRANGEL ISLAND from Mr.
Knight. If not, I shall get you a copy. Your information was
of the greatest importance to us and you certainly ought to have
the book, which shows how we used that part which was on hand
when it went to press. The rest of it is in my files for use
in case there is another edition.

Please write me about other things as well as
about whether you got the book, for it is a great pleasure to
hear from you.
