Dear Stefansson:-

As things stand at present, Mona and I
expect to spend the week of December 2nd in New York.
We should reach the Plaza Hotel on Sunday morning, Dec-
ember 2nd, and we are both looking forward to seeing you.

There are a good many matters I would like
to talk over with you in regard to the Company's affairs,
and while some of these are more or less pressing, I think
they can stand at least another ten days.

Please let me know if you are going to be
in New York the first week in December, as I don't want
to miss seeing you if it can be avoided.
