I thank you for your very kind letter of April 19th and hope this will reach you before you sail as I wish you all the success you are hoping for on the occasion of your trip to England.

Please do not forget, M Mr. Stefansson, that my interest in the development of the North has not diminished; in fact, it is greater now than ever before. Should circumstances permit at any time I shall want to be one of the pioneers of the Far North, but I shall have to depend entirely on your judgment and Fred's.
