 AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 19th day of July,
1925, by Harold Noice, of the STEFANSSON ARCTIC EXPLORATION & DEVELP-
MENT COMPANY
, of Vancouver, B.C., the party of the first part, and
ALEXANDER ALLEN, owner of the gas schooner, "DONALDSON", party of the
second part.

W I T N E S S E T H:

That said party of the second part hereby agrees to hand over
to the said party of the firt part the said schooner, "DONALDSON",
for the purpose of making a trip to WRANGELL ISLAND and other Northern
lands, and for the purpose of transporting goods and chattels of said
party of the first part and employees of said party of the first part.

That said party of the second part hereby agrees to furnish
said party of the first part with a crew, comprising one CAPTAIN, one
ENGINEER, and one DECK HAND, which shall navigate said schooner "DONALD-
SON" as directed by said party of the first part.

That said party of the secod part agrees to furnish said
party of the first part sufficent provisions for said crew, for
navigating season, and 2,000 gal. distalate and 50 gal. engine oil,
and two tons of goal, for use in galley.

That said party of the second part hereby agrees to turn
over to the said party of the first part, said schooner, "DONALDSON",
completely equipped and in sea-worthy condition, on or before the
first day of August, 1923.

It is hereby agreed that all monies specified in the following
provisions shall be deposited in the Miners & Merchants Bank of Nome,
