troops - my Hits weren't too good -

to fire - finally used 6M unarmed and
bomb [?] - lthat Did it -
got 3 bunkers Destroyed -

Second Hop a Village Burner South of
Danang - Smakeys and napalm - Multiply
runs - I think I soosing my eye - there
2-3 Smakeys off tgt - Still got C6 Huts
Destroyed - 3 Damaged - numerous fires -
Very tired tonight - SHorn - bed -
Early Rise for trip to Danang and R&R -

Dick Bloomberg took a round in
Port Hell Hole - Save tgt we Hit on first

Up Early - 0530 - C-117 was down for
Brake change so I huslled over to Air Freight
[?] troops - caught a ride in a [?] [?]
C-123 - undoubtedly the noisyest airplane I have
ever ridden in - Started Reading "From Here to
Eternity" my Project for this Trip although donet
I'll [?] it - 800 Pages -

landed at [?] [?] side of Danang & thumbed
a ride to R&R Center just [?] time to sign Papers,
checkin, and have baggage emptied - have
shortly to the other side again to stand [?] for
PanAm DC-6 - morning reading -

Appointed OK of 82 [?] People on this
trip - I must be [?] senior than I thought! - with
it the paper [?] dates and VP [?]
to & from everywhere -

3 good looking stewardi - an English & German
& Alabama girl - English girl was really a pain -
