2 Com Gift to local bodies Circular letter from Sec Local Gov Dept asking that Council should proceed to expend the Gift as in no case will the time be extended after the 31st. Dec next. Resolved that Repatriation Dept be written to asking could they supply six men suitable for road work & wages 10/- per day. Locality of work Lincoln Dis Council.
3. War Trophies Reply received from Australian War Museum Committee stating that Pt Lincoln application would receive careful consideration.
Mr T R Secker Letter from Mr J T Mortlock appointing Mr T R Secker to represent him on all Council Matters until otherwise instructed.

Letter from Sec Lands. Stating that there was no objection to remove net from 34 Shannon provided it was transferred to some other holding in the Dist. Application from W Mitchell sent on for approval.
Box Thorn Circular fron T Duffield re the enforcement of the destruction of Boxthorn in the Dist.
Mitchell Well Letter from T Duffield re amount of 9/- due on Mitchell Wells. Reply sent that the amount was paid last April & we hold receipt for same.
Peace Medals Letter & a further supply of Peace medals received from J A Rileys.

Golf CLub Application from Sec Pt Lincoln Golf Club for a 15 years lease of Grounds known as the Golf Links Referred to Council Solicitor.
Closed Road
Moved by Cr Puckridge that wareas at a meeting duly held under the provisions of the "Road Act 1884". This 20th day of Sept 1919. It appears to us the Dist Council of Lincoln, that it is expediant & necessary that the Lands hereinafter described should be closed as a old line of road and it having been proved to us that the notice required by the said Act has been duly given and that all other requirement thereof have been complied with and that no valid objection to be Closing of such old line of road having being made. Now therefore we hereby by virture of the Powers given to us by the said Act, Order that the lands comprised in about eight chains of old road one chain wide in the Hd Louth, County of Flinders as hereinafter described Namely dividing Sections 118A from Section47A as delineated, Colored Green & Marked A in Map hereinafter referred to. Plan No 18 Folio 251 in the survey map deposited in the Surveyor Generals Office at Adelaide, should be forthwith closed as and old line of Road. 2nd by Cr McFarlane & Carried
