Memo from E.J. Field re Transfer of wire netting from
Blk 25 Mortlock to 14 Cummins Loan £27 - 82 & others.

Moved by Cr. Laid, That legal advice be obtained
as to weather council can revise the assessment
every year or weather the past assessment made
must stand for the term of seven years.
2nd Cr Morgan & carried, Mr Shep attended &
advised council on the matter.

Councillor Hall. Asked that about 4 ch of crab holes be rubbled
between Williams & Yeelanna on east side of line tenders be called.
South of Edillilie in swamp near Turners That 20 chs of rubbling
be done . O/S to inspect & report at next meeting.

Cr Puck asked what the Council intended
doing regarding the drain near Warrow.
Tenders be called for next meeting

Overseers Report - The overseers report was then read.
1 Cr Puck that the report as read be adopted
2nd Cr Laid & carried.

Cr Laid. asked that all main drains near the Township be
attended to before the winter starts & that men be put
on to do the work. Granted
