Govt Grants A/c Moved by Cr Hall that £500 be applied for advance on Main Road A/c 2nd by Cr Puckridge & carried.
Ranger at Cummins Moved by Cr Hall that WH Murton be appointed Ranger at Cummins at £5 per annum & usual fees, 2nd Cr Morgan & carried.
Proposed Municipal Insurance Conference Letter received from the Secretary regarding same. Reply to be sent this Council favors the proposition.
Opinion re Wire Netting on abandoned Blocks. Opinion from Varley Evan & Thomson re the above.
Cr Simes asked if two daymen would be employed filling up holes on Main West Road from Little Swamp to Round Water Hole. Granted.
Cr Morgan asked if a Contract could be let between the 25th & 26th, and 27th Mile Posts, on West Main Road. Tenders to be called for same.

Cr Hall asked if a 6" pipe could be put in across the Yallunda Flat road. To bill Mr AK Henderson for a length of Concrete pipe for his Hotel. The Council to pay an amount agreed to be paid Mr Williams for extra work done by him. (Paid 17th Dec 1921 ) To get a grant from the Govt to repair the Yallunda Flat road, in the Hd Cummins. To get a Surveyor to take levels, report on drainage for Cummins, when an opportunity occurs.
Cr Puckridge stated that about 25 chains of road were in a bad state between the 41/42 mile posts. Tenders to be called.
Overseers report read Moved by Cr Morgan the O/Seers report as read be adopted 2nd Cr Simes & carried.
