Wire-netting Letter from Secry for Lands acknowledging cheque for wire-netting instalments.
Cemetery Reserve Kiana. Letter & plan of same, from Lands & Survey Department. Moved by Cr Morgan that corner posts be erected at Kiana Cemetery, 2nd Cr Puckridge, & Carried.
Corporation Letter from the Town Clerk to invite the members of the Council to the Civic Reception of the Fleet.
Purchase of Road Roller Letters from various firms quoting price of same.

Mr J Stacy Letter from Mr Stacy re T Proude's gates. Mr Stacy to be written to informing him that Mr Proude has widened the gate-way.
Petition received from the ratepayers Lake Wangary, for a Public pound at Lake Wangary. Moved by Cr Morgan that Mr PL Puckridge be written to, to ask if a yard is procurable, what rental would be charged per annum for a yard suitable for a pound. 2nd Cr Simes.

Inspection of Roads. Letter received informing Clerk that Messrs Ayling & Gregson would make an inspection of the road from Yallunda Flat to Cummins.
Conference re District Council's Assn. Eyres Peninsula. Letter from the Clerk Tumby Bay Council regarding the above. Moved by Cr Puckridge that Cr O'Shanahan be one of the delegates & Mr Simes, 2nd Cr Morgan & carried.
Cr Simes asked if a Councillor was late in attending a meeting, to the extent of the last hour of the meeting, was he justified in receiving travelling fees. Replied "Yes".
Overseer's Report read. Moved by Cr Puckridge that the O/Seers report as read be adopted 2nd Cr Simes & Carried.
