Bathing report. The Committee report Re Bathing accomodation was read by the overseer. Resolved that 2 Bathing houses be erected one opposite the Bank of Australasia & one opposite the Bank of Adelaide at a cost of About five pounds each.

Date of Burning Stubble. Cr Hall moved That the date for stubble burning in Mortlock Ward be fixed to start from Janry 14th other portions of District Febry 14. Sec by Cr Puckridge. carried

Motion re Townships. Moved by Cr Hall. That the Clerk take the neccessary steps to have Edillilie Cummins & Bellwood proclaimed Public Townships Sec by Cr Puckridge. Carried

Drains at Yeel. Cr Hall drew Councils attention to the Footpath & drain at Bellwood Township. Moved by Cr Hall. That the overseer procure an estimate of the neccessary work & present same at the next meeting. Sec by Cr Puck. Carried

Metal at Cum. moved by Cr Hall. That Tenders be called for 10 chains of metalling on West end of present metal between Blks 6 & 16 Cum Main Road. Sec by Cr Puckridge. carried Cr Hall requested that a piece of land be procured at Edillilie Cummins & Bellwood Townships. For a Rubbish depot. Overseer to make arrangment to procure same.

Sanitary Depot Cr Hartley drew the Councils attention to resolution passed at previous meeting relating to piece of land for Sanitary Depot. resolved that Clerk write & ask the owner to submit price not later than next meeting.

Motion. Moved by Cr Morgan. That the overseer have the road repaired between Footbridge & West Main Rd Hd Wangary Sec by Cr Puckridge. Carried

Resolved that the Two Town Councillors & Clerk wait on the Dep Inspector of Post Office when in Lincoln re having lamp placed near private boxes window.

Ranger. Resolved that the overseer procure signed conditions re Lamp Lighting from the present Contractor.

Roads Fenced off. Moved by Cr Garrett. That the Clerk obtain legal opinion In reference to Roads having been fenced off by Ratepayers. Sec by Cr Puckridge. Carried

Sand Hills, Resolved That Clerk write Adelaide SS Company & ask them to carry out their promise to cover sand on their land to stop the drift.

Lodge warrants Resolved That the various lodges be asked to move there warrant to North Wall of the Building.

Overseer Report. The overseers report was then read. Moved by Cr Puckridge That the report as read be adopted Sec by Cr Morgan. Carried

Tenders were then opened & Considered.

Motion. Moved by Cr Hartley. That Mr Halls be asked if he intended to carry out his contract for making Footpath in Adelaide Place. If not fresh tenders to be called. Sec by Cr Garrett. Carried

Motion re tank on Beach Moved by Cr Garrett. That the overseer be instructed to provide an additional second hand tank for depositing glass & other rubbish accumulating on the beach and to arrange for the beach to be cleaned of the many broken bottles & other garbage.

Assistant Ranger Moved by Cr Garrett. That Mr ET Brown be appointed assistant ranger for (Lincoln Ward) at a salary of £5 - per year and half proceeds of impounding Fees From impoundings made by him. Sec by Cr Puckridge. Carried

Band Moved by Cr Garrett. That the band Committee be requested to arrange to meet the two Town Crs & Clerk. To discuss matters relative to the basis of working of the band. Sec by Cr Hartley. carried

Minutes were then read & meeting adjourned till the following morning.

Office Mr Laidlaw waited on the Council & requested that the Council grants the Vermin Board a further term of the Office now used by them. Moved by Cr Morgan. That the Council guarantee the Vermin Board the use of the office till the 30 June 1915. Sec by Cr Puckridge. Carried. Meeting adjourned.
