Prop Cr Ford/ Sec Cr Wood} That Clerk write to Tutt Bryant and enquire about Bull Dozer and to Power Plant about Patrol Grader and Power Shovel ordered through H & L Govt on 30 August last. Also to Highways asking if they can advise the probable date of delivery. Carried.

Prop Cr Ford/ Sec Cr Smith} That application be made to Highways Dept to have the Main Street in Cummins and also in Yeelanna bitumenised while the Bitumen Plant is in the district. All of these streets being portion of Main Road No 42. Carried
