Correspondence Letter from the Secry Lands to acknowledge receipt cheque wire-netting instalments.

Section N Hd Mitchell Notice received from the Secry Lands that the Lessee Section 14 Hd Mitchell had applied to surrender same.

Standards Office Letter from the Warden in reference to Inspector of weights & Measures.

Auditors fees. Letter received from the Local Auditors regarding fees for auditing. Reply to be sent that the Council regret they are not able to increase the fees.

Lease Road. Application received from Mr H Solly to lease road stated in application. Moved by Cr O'Shanahan that Mr Solly be granted the Lease of road applied for @ 4d per acre. 2nd Cr Simes & Carried.

H Doudle. Letters received from H Doudle re payment from his amount of cheque, to J Thorpe. Reply to be sent. We stand by our action.

Overseers report read. Moved by Cr Simes that the Overseers report as read be adopted. 2nd by Cr Hall & carried.

Cr Simes asked for from 15 to 20 chains of work to be done on the New West Road between the 2nd & 3rd mile posts. Granted.

Cr Morgan asked that the rabbits be destroyed in Coulta & Wangary Townships.
