Exchange Mrs Hawson attended and explained of to councillors what exchange she roads wanted & said she would pay to have same effected. The £5 . . to be sent on to Crown Lands Office. Correspondence Letter read from Institute re Street Gas lamp asking for yearly contribution moved by Cr Sulllivan 2nd by Cr Radford the sum of £1-1-0 be granted conditionally that the lamp is lit on all dark nights For Cr Sullivan Radford Barraud, O'Shanahan August Cr Bruce Letter from P D R Club asking permission to erect mounds on Road opposit Range Permission granted Moved by Cr Bruce 2nd Sullivan letter from J W Kennett asking that aproach be made opposit House _ Overseer to report on the same next meeting. Febraury 20th 1903 Contd to the Government re council taking over Vermin Board Management discussion left over until receipt of Ellison discussion_ Letter Survey General stating the loans for Vermin Fencing on the petition of Mrs Lawrie £5.5. February 20th 1903 Contd. Letter read from Chairman Destitute Board refunding 15/- Barry's passage money to Adelaide. Wire Netting a/c from Surveyor General moved by Cr Bruce 2nd by Cr Barraud that £300 be sent on a/c of Installments. Circular from Chief Secy Carried enclosing Voting paper for representatives on the Central Board of Health _ Mr Wood nominated by Chairman Cast Vote Wire Netting Applications

Moved by Cr Bruce 2nd Cr Radford that the A/c be paid _ carried Moved by Cr Bruce sec by Cr Radford that Clerk be instructed to write for £250 Main Road fund carried_ Mr Siviour asked that the creek in the road leading to main road should be repaired._ Moved by Cr Radford 2nd Barraud that overseer inspects road and if necessary call tenders for next meeting. Carried Auditors report for Special Audit read Mr Johnston stated he had paid his arrears Overseers report read and adopted Re tank for Mr.Fot Estimates to be called 400 & 600 by next meeting.
