Minutes of last meeting were read & confirmed
Cr Puckridge Prop Cr Barraud Sec. That Messrs
Varley & Evan be asked for explanation as
to how the Council lost Roads & Rabbits
Cases that were laid according to their
draft information in Court in January

Clerk was asked for a copy of letter to
Surveyor general re Smith land but he
had no copy
Clerk instructed to write again tomorrow
& keep a copy of letter - Also to send
reports of meetings to the papers on the
Wednesday following the meeting -
Chairman read the Financial statement
Correspondence Telegram from WT Mortlock Stating
that Commissioner would advance amount
Main Road asked for in Main Roads A/c but that for
& Special Grants the Special Grants no funds were available
Com of Crown Lands Stating that the
Councils portion of Main Roads Grant
