Correspondence---- Lights on Vehicles Act Circular from Local Gov Dept re Lights on Vehicles Act & ask that Council appoint an inspector in terms of Sect 9 of the Said Act Moved by Cr McFarlane That Mr C H Swaffer be appointed inspector in the terms act 2nd Cr Puck and Carried

Rabbit Poison Letter from G Wills & Co Stating that their had been appointed an Agent for for the "Bosker" Rabbit Poison & quoted same at 33/- per dozen.

Proposed new Street Letter from Mr R E Sullivan stating that he would sell portion of lot 465 at £3 per post frontage for the purpose of making a new Street Price not entertained

A L Hill Letter from A. L. Hill asking if Council would supply 2 miles of either sheep & pig netting at once or 2 miles of 1 ½ netting & cost of Instalment on same

Rates & Net Instal Letter from J Johnnesson asking Council to hold over wire netting Instalments to 1921 & give him work to pay the rates. Resolved that Mr.Johnnesson be notified that Rates & wire netting Instalments must be paid

Brass Band Letter from Secretary Port Lincoln Brass Band asking the Council to meet their members in Conference with a view to reorganise the band Moved by Cr Simes That the 2 Town Councillors & clerk with the Progress Com meet the Bandsmen in conference. 2nd Cr McFarlane & Carried

Petitionfor Well Petition from G.Miller & others asking Council to have a well sunk near W. Golleys on North Road---- Council cannot see their way to grant the request

Letter from Jas Cuddeford asking Council to clear road between Sects 88,89,91,&92 Hd Ulipa & offered to clear not grubb same at 2/6 per chain. Resolved that the work be done

Netting Instalments Accounts of £2399-8-11 received Dept of Lands being amount due for wire netting Instalment on 1/2/20

Road Hd Louth Mr. J.M. Chapman MP waited on Council & asked that Council open the road between the following sections Hd Louth 300 & 317, 297 & 319, 291 & 294, 290 & 293. 289& 292, 286 & 287, 286 & 177 to enable him to cart his produce to market Moved by Cr Simes That Mrs Tucknott be requested to have gates placed on Roads, where road is fenced also to have notice placed on gate stating that same was a road & that Mr Chapmans request for Road be granted & same not to exceed 15/-/- 2nd Cr OShan & Carried
