Balance Sheets The following balance sheets were submitted for half year ending December 31st 1922. General A/c, Wire netting A/c, & Government Grants a/c, with Auditors report thereon. Moved by Cr O'Shanahan the Balance sheets & auditors report be adopted 2nd by Cr Hall & carried.

Correspondence Section 43 Hds Mortlock & Cummins. Notice from the Secretary for Lands that it is intended to cancel Section 43 Hds Mortlock & Cummins.

Wire- netting Acknowledgement of cheque for £20 on a/c instalments, from Secretary for Lands.

Road Inspection Letter from the Engineer & Director referring to road inspection on November 29th. Federal Road Vote. Letter from the Engineer & Director to inform Clerk that the list giving particulars of work to be carried out, with amount granted, had been approved.

Road Roller Letter received Hawke & Co regarding same. District Councils Assn Eyres Peninsula Letter from the Clerk Tumby Bay District Council in reference to same.

D/Council of Willunga Circular letter received. Resolved that this Council support the second representation in reference to revenue produced from motor registration to be allocated proportionately to Local Government Bodies.

Wire-netting a/cs JH Woods. Letter received in reference to same.

Corporation of Port Lincoln Matter of Council Chamber Moved by Cr Morgan that the District Council take steps to finalize the matter, 2nd by Cr Hall & carried.

Cr Simes asked for pipes to be put in on the road between Rittbergers & Wilkinsons 3 feet pipes. Granted. For 1 mile of road to be grubbed & cleared on the road from Duck Ponds to Toolka. O/Seer to inspect & call tenders. For about 3 or 4 chains of the Black Slate near Coomunga Siding to be repaired. O/Seer to inspect same & call for tenders.

Cr Morgan asked the O/Seer inspect the Mena Road, parts to be repaired. Also that the O/Seer call tenders for 7 chains work to be done on the North Block road.

Cr Morgan asked what Contract 118 had been let as . Reply Contract let for forming & gravelling to J Thorpe.

Cr Hall moved the Council invite Tenders for a man, with horse & dray, to do maintenance work for a period twelve months, in Mortlock Ward. 2nd Cr Puckridge & Carried.

Cr Puckridge asked that 7 chains work be done on the road to Edillilie, North Block road. Tenders to be called.
