Minutes of Meeting held 24th July 1st Meeting 09.
Returning officer Reported that Mr Bruce had been
returned unopposed for Lincoln Ward.

Mr S A Puckridge Returned unopposed for Mitchell
Ward, & Mr Seddon as audited / unopposed. An
Election was held on July 3d 09 at North Shields
Resulting in the following, C.T. Parker duly elected.
Moved by Cr Ruckridge Seconded by Cr Morgan that
Mr Bruce be Chairman for ensuing term -
Car.

Mr Bruce thanked the Council & proceeded with
the business.
Balance sheet for General .Main Road &
Wire Netting A/cs were then read by Chairman
for Year ending 30/6/09.
Also Auditors report was read.
Moved by Cr. Bruce Seconded by Cr. Morgan that
Balance sheets Auditors report be adopted as
read. Carried.
Balance sheet of Building fund - showing a Dr
Bal. of £259.17.11 Still owing.
