Cr OShanahan expressed his regret that Cr McFarlane was retiring as Cr, & thanked him for his valuable service during his connection with the Council. Supported by Crs Hall, Morgan, Simes, & Puckridge.
Cr McFarlane thanked the Chairman & Crs & he regretted his retirement.
Cr Hall thanked the Chairman on behalf of the Council for his work during the past year. 2nd by Cr Morgan and endorsed by Cr McFarlane, Hall & Puckridge.
