Government a/c for 697.8.6. be paid- Carried.
Correspondance
letter from W.T.Mortlock stated that he would not be
responsible if Council granted E.C.G. Oswald wire
netting on certain Sections, as the land was owned
by Mrs Mortlock___ Also asked Council to erect
fence at Tumby as arranged some years ago.
Moved by Cr Puckridge 2nd Radford that Mrs. Mortlock
be written to and told that at present Council could
not find any records relating to same. Carried

& if granted could cope with the vermin nuisence

what had been done in the matter.

removed and branches lopped off. Carried.
