be dealt with in Committee. 2nd by Cr Morgan.

After consideration Cr Puckridge moved
That H O'Brien be appointed to the position
2nd by Cr Hall & Supported by Cr Morgan. Carried.

Councillor Hall asked that the overseer be instructed
to inspect the road from Mortlock Hall
to Edillilie, & Also stated that he had
authorised Mr Read to metal a small
piece of Rd in Hd Shannon.

Councillor Hartley asked that the Footpath
at Correll House Kirton Point be repaired
Resolved that overseer attend to same.
