Question was asked by Cr Secombe re Level Crossing at Stevenson St. Clerk stated that Resident Engineer wished to know what was really required, pedestrian traffic or Level Crossing. Cr Secombe moved that Govt be asked to make Level Crossing at Stevenson St. Seconded by Cr Puckridge.

Cr Secombe drew attention to painting of pickets. Same to be attended to by the Overseer.

The Chairman drew attention to the fact that owing to retirement as Councillors Parker Puckridge & himself it was neccessary to appoint a Returning Officer and one Auditor in place of D. St. J. Seddon.

Cr Secombe moved, Cr Puckridge seconded that Mr Giles be Returning Officer for the coming election at a Fee of Ten guineas.

Satements re Wire Netting submitted and read.

Cr Secombe moved, Cr Puckridge seconded that cheques for £120 be paid to Surveyor General on Instalments and cheques £ 244 - 14 - 5 on Returned Balances. Carried

Cr Puckridge drew attention to Woolshed Creek in which Gum Logs are jammed against the bridge, same to be cleared away.

Cr Cronin drew attention to state of Roads near Warunda Siding and Edillilie Siding West
