Minutes for Meeting held Nov 17th 1911 Present Cr. JD Bruce in the Chair/ Crs Secombe Cronin Morgan & Puckridge. Minutes of previous meeting read and confirmed Letter of appology for non attendance received from Cr OShanahan. Books with their respective balances submitted Cheques presented £22 - 10 -6, originally drawn by the Council, amount claimed by late Clerk Mr HH Miller -----------------------------as per vouchers produced Cr Secombe moved, Cr Puckridge seconded that Mr Miller be paid the said amount. Carried.

Letter received from Clerk Tumby Bay Council with cheque, and statement re amounts due to this Council as arrears of Wire Netting instalments in that District. Letter from Resident Engineer re Water scheme. Resolved that Ratepayers Meeting be called to consider scheme. Letters received from Ratepayers Hd Shannon asking that road be grubbed between SE corner of Section 26 Mitchell and Block 17 Shannon Noted Leter from EJ Barraud, offering S.E. Corner of Section 3 as a site for Yeelanna Cemetery Cr Morgan moved Cr Secombe seconded that the offer be accepted. Letter re bad state of Road leading past H. Hills Hundred Louth Noted Letter re Fig tree opposite Boarding House occupied by Mrs. Tier Lewis Street Pt Lincoln. Cr Secombe moved, Cr. Puckridge seconded

that same be pruned back in the proper season Carried. Letter received from Mr D Drysdale re Bycycle riding on foorpaths, asking that action be taken to prevent same. Cr Secombe moved Cr Morgan seconded, that the police be instructed to take action against all offending against Council Bye law. Carried Letter re deviation pf Railway across public roads at Cummins Noted Letter eceived from Raphail Tuck & Sons London re Facsimile Letter issued by His Majesty King George's Command, also Copy of said Letter. Resolved that Facsimile Letter be framed and presented to the Pt Lincoln Institute

Plans submitted of Township of Cummins showing roads therin. Cr Secombe moved Cr Cronin seconded that same be allowed.
