Clerks Reported Vacancy.
Clerk reported having received the order of the
Court declaring Mr J D Bruces seat vacant as
a result of the Local Court Proceedings Cautflow
v Bruce and requested the Councillors to elect
a Chairman in his Place.

New Chairman.
Cr Puckridge ) That Councillor Jas OShanahan be
Cr Hartley ] be appointed Chairman.
Carried.

Contract 97 Relet.
Cr Puckridge ) That the letting of Contract No 97
Cr Hartley ) to E P Meers as a result of the
opening of tenders for same by Cr Hartley &
the Clerk be endorsed (2/10/- per chain).
