JH Wagner Letter from Mr Wagner re getting sand removed from road between section known as Browns and Karkoo. Resolved that the O/seer inspect the part at earliest possible date. To make a special trip per train. Leased Roads Application received from JJ Hyde to lease roads mentioned in application. Moved by Cr Simes that the roads be let. 2nd Cr Puckridge & Carried
Order from J Woods for A. Whillas. Overseers report read. Moved Cr Hall 2nd Cr Simes that the O/Seers report as read be adopted. Carried.
Cr Simes asked that the approach to Pearlah siding be grubbed. Tenders to be called.
Cr Morgan stated that there is a dangerous place caused by washout at the Gap on North block & asked that a guard rail on fence be put up. Granted.
Cr Hall stated it was necessary to have something done to the Yallunda Flat road.
