Meeting of Council held April 20th 1900 Present Crs Dorward (chairman) Bruce Dutton & OShanahan Minutes of last meeting read & confirmed The 3/4 yearly Balance Sheet and Auditors report was then read Cr Dorward proposed Cr OShanahan Sec the adoption of Balance sheet & Auditors report as read CarriedFinancial Statements read by Chairman Cr Dutton gave notice of motion for return to be placed on table at next meeting as to who has paid rates on Block 4W Wanilla for last 6 yearsSurveyor Generals office acknowledging receipt of statement of expenditure of Vermin Proof Fencing Loans and pointing out that same must be sent within one month of granting of LoansReturning Officer for the Province asking if the council would let the rooms at rear of Chamber to the Returning Officer of Flinders---Clerk to reply giving description of Buidings, the conditions on which they are now occupied and that temporary arrangements had been made with the Flinders Vermin Board for the use of their office
