Dear Sir I wish to ask if you received the papers empowering you to act for Myself and Mr. Fernegan in the case of the Ship Ocmulgee. They were signed and sent by mail to you. Will you keep in mind the bill for clothing which was destroyed with the Ship concerning which I spoke to you.
