Dear William:I hastily wrote this evening, the article which will appear in the Advertiser of tomorrow, I had first thought to defer it and make a more formal, or at least extended matter of it, but as the text in the form of [illegible] was getting a little old I thought has to have it [printed?] tomorrow Hoping that you may [illegible] it as better than nothing I remain
