Therefore I propose that you have the executive place the study of art as a means of Internationlizing woman upon your programme for this year and require each patron to prepare [?] data upon how hers can most practically be developed

All this matter to be sent in and boiled down into shape by a Com'tee named this year for the promotion of International Art Interchange in the Council.
