I am my loath to persist in this matter but I must and will explain to you [?] [?]. I was so sorry not to [?] [?] see you this afternoon but the cold [?] so intense my man was ? ing and I had to fly away

will see you tomorrow as I aim to go to New York tomorrow night and shall be back on Tuesday without fail and will see you very soon after my return. I am delighted to see so many representitive ladies at the meeting this afternoon and hope you secured many patronesses. Regret that I am not same and [?] gratify you I [?]
