represented & they are among the leading nations of the world. That this union of so many thousands - I should say millions of intelligent women is a guarantee for Progress Peace & Prosperity & a higher moral religious plane for humanity.

It is for this faith that I come to you my honorable lady - to lay before your wise & charitable consideration not only the 'Alliance of Oriental and Occidental Women' which has been founded by Mad'ame Hyacinth Loyson with such mighty success, but to inform you that under the Providence of almighty God there is to be at Jerusalem next spring a union of True Beievers that is those who believe in the only & personal God. the laws given of God to the world through Moses for Peace & the reign of love among all men. I am happy to say I am a Muslim & a good believer but am willing to be considered as most friendly toward Christianity as we Muslimains look upon Jesus Christ as a great Prophet sent by almighty God to the world to show us the right way & that he will come again as the Messiah to save the world. And are we not all the descendents of Abraham & is it not high time that this antagonism & their cruel wars should cease between us?

Pere Hyacinthe & his [bride?] with a group of the three great monotheistic believers will undertake this great endeavour in Jerusalem at the beginning of the new century.

Hoping to see you & many Americans there I remain dear & honorable lady

Yours very sincerely Nazli
