I have the honor to acknowledge receipt of you favor dated 22d [?] relating to the meeting of your Council at the Buffalo Exposition. In reply to your first request I present herewith the names of six ladies of Costa Rican birth who will do honor to your appointment, and some of whom can doubtless accept: Mrs. J.J. Keith c/o United Fruit Co. No. 24 State st. New York: - Mrs. Demetrio [Yglenias Llorente?] c/o Mrs. M.C. Keith. -The Costa Rica [Commissioners?] are [Mesgrs?] Manuel Aragon: Manuel Carcizo Paratta: Enrique Pittier: Jose M. Figeroa: Juan Ferraz. Most of the ladies above named will be in the U.S during the Expostion. For information relating to Nicaragua and Salvador I beg to refer you to Hon. John Jenkins, U.S. Consul Lou Labrador, and Hon C. Donaldson U.S. Consul Managua, Nicaragua.
