July 11 1898 My dear Mrs Sewall

I sincerely wish that you are better that you have forgiven me for my [inhuman?] [?] of you on Saturday.

I shall be in town on Wednesday night when I have to speak at Exeter Hall. I could also see you at Wimbledon on Sunday if you are not engaged.
