Thurdsday 8th Aug. 1822

Society met agreeably to order -- Revrd Samuel Donnell
Pres. & Tho. Brevard Secr -- Tho. Edwards Robt Donnell &
Pettis Raglin inspectors. After a vote was taken whether
the concern of the Society wound up immediately or continue
as it now is, & decided in favour of the society proceeded to the
exchange of books -- in which John Green failed to forward his
lot -- Daniel Astin failed to forward his lot -- William Steele
also failed -- Barton & Calhoun also failed to forward their lot --
Robt Donnell drew the first in this day's drawing. The society
adjourned to their next quarterly exchanges --
