November 10. 1886

The monthly meeting of the Board of
Trustees was held as notified on Wednesday.
November 10. 1886, at 2:30 o'clock P.M.

Present, the President, and Messrs Choate,
Browne, Rice, Hodges, Wolcott, Sears, Eaton,
Whitney, Clapp and Jones,

The records of the special meeting of June 11,
and of subsequent meetings were read and
approved.

N. M^cDonald & Co. Petition refused
The President stated, on behalf of the Com-
mittee on Lots, to whom was referred the matter
of the Petition ²⁵² of N. M^cDonald & Co., for leave to
set Monuments &c. in Lots under perpetual
care, that such permission had been refused
and that the privilege formerly enjoyed by
Alexander M^cDonald had been revoked.

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had ex-
amined and approved the Schedules of
Monthly Bills: July 14, $7,357.93; August 11,
$5,535.95; September 8, $6,437.83; October 13, $7,655.57;
and that the same had been thereupon paid
by the Treasurer.

The Schedule of November 10, showing a
total of $5,606.80, was presented, and it was

Voted _ that upon approval by the President
payment thereof be made by the Treasurer.
