Old Office Release
Voted that the Treasurer be authorized to
execute and deliver a release to the City of
Boston of all claim for damages costs, expenses
and compensation on account of the taking
by the said city of the building No. 16 Pemberton
Square, in which the offices of the Corporation
were then located; it appearing that the
lease to the corporation provided that, in
case of such a taking by the city, no dam-
ages should be claimed.

Water Supply
Chapel
The President stated, in behalf of the
Committee on Grounds that they were not
prepared to report in regard to the improve-
ment of the Chapel or upon the subject of
Water Supply for the Cemetery; but, for the in-
formation of the Board he submitted an
offer 261 made by B. F. Smith for sinking driven
wells. No action was taken thereon.
