Neglected Lots.
Voted, that Lots numbered 1246, Heirs of
A. W. Dana, 1592. W. A. Butters, 1635. Jane Smith,
1822. Heirs of Dolly Bird, 2347. Heirs of S. Greenwood,
2515. William Bell, 2538. Heirs of S. M. Davidson,
2580. W. Butford, 2608. A. T. Goss, and 2624, Heirs
of E. A. Crowley, being in a state of continued
neglect, and their condition impairing the ap-
pearance of the Cemetery, the Secretary, under
the direction of the President, send written
notice by mail to the last known residence of
the Proprietor of Representative of each of said
lots of the fact of their Condition; and that
if the same shall remain in such neglected
condition for thirty days after the date of such
notice, the Superintendent put them in proper
order under the direction of the President, at the
expense of the respective Proprietors, as provid-
ed by Article VI of the By-Laws.
In the absence of the Secretary, H. B. Mackintosh
was elected Secretary pro tem.
